Report card comments should be clear and concise. This means avoiding generalities and using specific, concrete examples. This will help the student (and their parents) understand what they need to work on.

FDA is establishing a docket for public comment on this meeting. The docket number is FDA-2022-N-0904. The docket will close on June 13, 2022. Submit either electronic or written comments on this public meeting by June 13, 2022. Please note that late, untimely filed comments will not be considered. The electronic filing system will accept comments until 11:59 p.m. ET at the end of June 13, 2022. Comments can be viewed using psql's \\d family of commands. Other user interfaces to retrieve comments can be built atop the same built-in functions that psql uses, namely obj_description, col_description, and shobj_description (see Table 9.77).

There is presently no security mechanism for viewing comments: any user connected to a database can see all the comments for objects in that database. For shared objects such as databases, roles, and tablespaces, comments are stored globally so any user connected to any database in the cluster can see all the comments for shared objects. Therefore, don't put security-critical information in comments.

On November 3, 2022, the California Privacy Protection Agency (Agency) issued a notice of modifications to the text of proposed California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations. The notice follows a two-day meeting held by the Agency Board on October 28 and 29, 2022, during which the Board authorized Agency staff to take all steps necessary to prepare and notice modifications to the proposed regulatory amendments. The notice states that the Agency will accept written comments regarding the proposed changes or materials added to the rulemaking file up to 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022.

The Agency first published draft proposed regulations on May 27, 2022, in connection with an Agency Board meeting held on June 8, 2022. The Agency initiated the formal rulemaking process on July 8, 2022. The Agency accepted written comments on the proposed regulations until August 23, 2022, and held two public hearings on August 24 and 25, 2022.

Based on comments made by Agency General Counsel Philip Laird at the meeting, it was expected that Agency staff would take a week or two to make the necessary updates and publish the notice of modifications. However, Agency staff were able to accomplish their work in only a matter of days. The quick turnaround again signals that the Agency knows that timing is an issue with finalizing the regulations, which were statutorily required to be finished in July.

Section 7027(m) lists the permissible purposes for which businesses can process sensitive personal information without having to provide consumers with the right to limit. Agency staff made a number of changes to this regulation in light of comments made by Board members at the hearing.

An earlier version of this letter invited the community to submit comments on the guidance in this letter so that we would have an opportunity to hear from the field about areas that are unclear or could be improved. We recognize that this has created some uncertainty around exactly what requirements and reporting deadlines will apply. Therefore, as noted above, we are adjusting the effective date of the guidance to September 1, 2023. Institutions will be required to report any arrangements with third-party servicers that have not been reported to the Department, and entities meeting the definition of a third-party servicer will be required to submit the Third-Party Servicer Data Form to the Department by that date. Additionally, because we are announcing these changes during a comment period, we have elected to adjust the comment period so that it closes 30 days from the date of this update.

For instance, on a trailer for a new Mario Kart game with 592 dislikes, someone might comment \"592 people came in 12th place\". These comments are at least different from each other, but it's still a worn-out formula.

Wander a little too deep into crazy YouTube territory, and you're sure to see some of these comments pop up. There's a lot of wacky content on YouTube, and these comments act as (unneeded) signposts that you've reached that area. How would you ever know something was weird if nobody commented on it

Look up some music that came out around 2000 or earlier, and you'll see tons of comments exclaiming that it's \"real\" music compared to the nonsense of today. Plenty of variations of this comment exist, such as

After years of making these same tired old YouTube comments, it's time for us to do better. Try to avoid leaving these comments yourself, and instead come up with more original content. Comments like these are so far from being unique that they're not even interesting anymore.

The Department is interested in comments from a wide range of stakeholders including institutions, faculty, OPMs and other contractors, advocates, researchers, borrowers, and students on the benefits and disadvantages of the exception for bundled services, how the guidance has impacted institutions and students, and how the Department can better ensure compliance with the prohibition on incentive compensation.
