How to Sew a Diaper Stacker with This Free Pattern

Download and print the free pattern from here. Cut out the pieces and tape them together.
Cut out your fabric pieces according to the pattern. You'll need two pieces for the front and back, two pieces for the sides, one piece for the bottom, one piece for the top flap, and two pieces for the hanger. You'll also need two strips of fabric for the trim.
Iron on some interfacing to the wrong side of the front and back pieces. This will give some structure and stability to your diaper stacker.
Quilt some batting to the wrong side of the top flap piece. This will add some softness and thickness to the flap.
Sew the trim strips to the right side of the front and back pieces along the top edge. Press the seam allowance towards the trim.
Sew the front and back pieces together along the sides and bottom edges with right sides facing. Leave the top edge open. Clip the corners and turn right side out. Press well.
Sew the side pieces together along one short edge with right sides facing. Press the seam open.
Sew the bottom piece to the side piece along one long edge with right sides facing. Press the seam open.
Sew the side-bottom piece to the front-back piece along the bottom and side edges with right sides facing. Leave a small opening for turning. Clip the corners and turn right side out. Press well.
Sew the hanger pieces together along three edges with right sides facing. Leave one short edge open. Turn right side out and press well.
Insert one end of the hanger into the opening of the top flap piece with right sides facing. Pin in place.
Sew the top flap piece to the front-back piece along the top edge with right sides facing. Press well.
Topstitch along all edges of your diaper stacker for a neat finish.
Attach some snaps or velcro to the top flap and the front piece to secure your diaper stacker closed.
Attach some ribbon loops to the other end of the hanger for hanging your diaper stacker.
